With 40 years of experience and over 1,000 installed systems globally, Blaschke Umwelttechnik is your expert worldwide for professional exhaust fume extraction for diesel vehicles. No matter whether it is a railway maintenance depot, fire department, workshop or industrial business: We offer you proven extraction solutions for the widest range of industries and application areas. Our innovative systems effectively protect your employees from diesel engine emissions and other air pollutants.
All Blaschke extraction systems work reliably, cost-effectively and efficiently. Blaschke extraction technology offers you and your employees unique, effective protection from hazardous air pollutants: the precise elimination of the exhaust fumes directly at the source. Our high-efficiency extraction systems also capture large exhaust gas volumes precisely at the exhaust, suction them out and remove them from the maintenance depot. The hall air remains clean and contaminant-free.
Blaschke extraction systems ensure clean air in your railway maintenance and repair shops. Protect your employees from hazardous diesel exhaust gases – and select the most effective extraction solution for your depot.
The partially stationary RailPoint exhaust extraction system securely extracts large exhaust fume quantities. It has stationary, height-adjustable extraction hoods. Flexible high-temperature hoses make it possible to lift and lower the individual hood. This means they can be placed safely and directly onto the external exhaust of the railcar and it reliably captures all hazardous diesel exhaust fumes.
MobileSwivel Arms are the best extraction solution for very long maintenance halls. This mobile system also ensures safe exhaust extracting in halls or with overhead wiring or stationary or moveable platforms. The turnable swivel arms and the lowerable hoods reliably capture large exhaust fume quantities for diesel-operated railcars or trains.

RailBridge Extract System
Movable extraction bridges – universal application, flexible and safe
With our RailBridge exhaust gas suction system, we offer you a flexible extraction solution for all areas for the maintenance and service or railcars or diesel-operated railway vehicles: it does not matter if it is with fixed or swivellable overhead wires or work platforms or crane systems.
The bridge-shaped system with the slotted suction canal system can be used for the widest range of diesel locomotives and railcars.
Our new RailCombi-System is the perfect solution for all railway depots servicing modern train types with combined diesel-electric engines.
In these depots, retractable overhead lines allow the entrance of diesel powered DMUs as well as electrical EMU’s. For the maintenance work strict protocols to reduce the risk of depot employees are in place.
The RailCombi-System is installed on a working platform between two tracks. Four, six or more bridge units can be driven by remote control to any position along the railway track. The extraction hoods are lowered down on to the exhaust safely from height. Diesel exhaust can be effectively extracted and can’t spill into the surrounding air.
Our OLE-control monitors supervise permanently the end and parking positions of the extract units. If the overhead line is in operation, the extract system cannot be operated, and vice-versa. This ensures maximum safety for employees in train maintenance depots.
In practice, the RailCombi-System is already proven in several Technic-Centres of our French customer SNCF. During Iran Rail Expo, we are happy to inform you personally about more details.
